Our Check-In Policy

  1. Nairobi Wilson Airport check in is done at Wilson Business park‚ Foxtrot Building‚ Ground floor. Its located 40 meters from the main police check barrier.
  2. Check-In Time is 1 hour before the Flight Time. Check-In Counter closes 45 minutes to departure time for all our destinations
  3. Baggage Allowance is 20 KGS PER PERSON including hand luggage. Excess luggage will be charged at USD $2 per kg. The carriage of excess baggage is at the sole discretion of the company after taking into consideration the aircraft being used and the number of passengers booked.
  4. Tickets once issued are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON- TRANSFERABLE
  5. The promotional fares class J and L are valid for only a period of 1 month from date of the purchase‚ in case of no- show the ticket will not be valid
  6. The amendment fee for change of travel date is USD $20. Amendments must be made 12 hours before initial travel date.
  7. No shows tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-REUSABLE.
  8. After check in counter closes the ticket will be considered “no-show”‚ official email needs to be send to res@flyrenegadeair.com to advise about the cancellation of the flight.
  9. After the passenger has been provided with the company board pass and fail to board due to not paying attention of the boarding call‚ this ticket will be considered “no-show”
  10. In case of the technical hitch your flight will be reschedule to the next available flight
  11. All passengers are supposed to verify their baggage before boarding
  12. Wearing of facemasks is highly advised in all our flights
  13. A fee of USD $30 will be charged for Ticket Name Change
  14. A Re-routing fee will be charged at USD $30 per passenger exclusive of the fare difference on the route change
  15. Children (2-11 Years) fare is 75% of the adult fare. Birth Certificates/ Notification cards/ School ID/ Passports will be required as identification for all children/infants.
  16. Tickets validity is 3 months from the date of travel
  17. No liability is accepted for cash‚ jewelry or other valuables. All claims for such events must be made in writing within 7 days of their occurrence
  18. 18. Carrier undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the passenger and baggage with reasonable dispatch. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Carrier assumes no responsibility to making connections.
  19. Passengers shall comply with government travel requirements and must present entry or exit documents as required by the regulator. Arrive at the airport at a time as required by the carrier to be able to complete the required check in procedures.
